We are a small bespoke family firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers, specialising in all aspects of valuation and negotiation of freeholds and lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform legislation.

 We offer a range of general practice surveying advice based on an ethos of impartial and professional service between a single dedicated surveyor at M-JS and the client, from start to finish on each case.  We concentrate our work on the prime central London postcodes within twenty minutes of the office, as local knowledge is often the key to providing good professional advice.

 Our building surveyor provides core building surveying services, including project management and design consultancy work.

 We also operate a carefully selected Management portfolio comprising both commercial and residential properties in West and Central London.  Our emphasis in our approach to management is quality and attention to detail; this is achieved by making frequent visits to the properties so as to enable us to anticipate potential issues in advance and instigate measures to mitigate the problem.  We provide regular communication with the residents and owners regarding their buildings, and set out and agree a program of planned maintenance in advance.  One of the key benefits is that we have an in-house building service to offer quick expertise on defects, repairs and project management.
