Historically M-JS have always managed a carefully selected portfolio of client owned properties close to our offices comprising both commercial and residential units in West and Central London.  In recent years this portfolio has grown in size and is now predominantly residential.  The distinction in our approach compared to most other agents, is that we offer a personal and easily accessible service. 

We currently look after eighteen properties with a total of approximately 200 units.  Virtually all the properties are within twenty minutes of the office enabling us to undertake regular visits, and deliver an excellent service.

One of the most vital aspects for successful property management is communication.  We are in regular contact with both the landlords and the long leasehold tenants at each building by email, telephone or letter, providing up-to-date information as to rent and service charge demands, general maintenance, imminent repairs as well as long term budgeting of major works.

Our management team is headed by Kara Holmes who has an intimate knowledge of all our buildings.
