Andrew is one of the founding partners of the firm, setting it up with Simon Marr-Johnson in 1979.  His skill and experience stem from a range of commercial professional landlord and tenant work, as well as an enthusiasm for development projects.  He has undertaken a number of large and complex valuation projects over the years, notably a country wide portfolio of bus garages around UK.  He also undertakes all of the party wall work for the firm.  Andrew now works on a consultancy basis 3 days a week.
