Paul has worked as a building surveyor for over 18 years, primarily in central London.  He joined M-JS in October 2008 as a dedicated building surveyor for the firm and immediately organised and undertook several large building works projects for our management properties.  Paul has wide experience in carrying out both residential and commercial building surveys, and is particularly knowledgeable on the construction techniques of period property in central London.  Paul also offers a design consultancy service for new build residential refurbishments.
