We take instructions from clients to let or sell offices shops and light industrial property within Central and West End London and extending out to the South West and North West of the city. 

On receiving instructions, we would carry out a measured survey, prepare floor plans as necessary, and advise on the likely selling price or rental value of the premises in question. A marketing programme usually involves the preparation of printed particulars (or a glossy brochure in the case of particularly valuable premises) which are distributed to over 500 London commercial agents. In some cases, we will be aware of the existence of a special purchaser(s) who might be approached and offered the property "off market" and in our opinion this is considered likely to be the most effective option. When a successful transaction is completed, our fees are generally charged at between 1-2% of the freehold price or premium and 10% of the rent.
