asset value, probate, lease extension/renewal, and the like. We have a working relationship with many estate agents in London and elsewhere, and therefore have a regular source of information essential for carrying out our valuation work and access to online commercial and residential property databases. The
firm is able to carry out all types of valuation, but the most usual is an
open market valuation in accordance with the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors guidelines. This is on the
basis that there is a willing seller, the property has been marketed
properly under normal circumstances, there is no special purchaser, and
that both parties act knowledgeably, prudently, and without compulsion.
