Promotions for Marie and Oliver
Marie Joyce
We are delighted to announce that Marie Joyce has been promoted to the equity partnership with effect from 1st May 2021.
Marie joined us in September 2004, initially as a property management administrator, but she soon decided she would like to be a valuer. On her own initiative she undertook a post graduate conversion course and with our support went on to sit her APC, gaining her RICS qualification in November 2008. She immediately joined the valuation team and has never looked back.Â
Over the years Marie has established herself as a very competent valuer, skilled negotiator, and excellent communicator, and has built up a strong and loyal network of clients and professional contacts, all of whom speak of her in glowing terms. It is therefore a well-earned and natural step for her to be promoted into the equity partnership, and we very much look forward to her bringing her energy and ideas to the fore in order to help influence and shape the firm of the future.
Oliver Saxby
Additionally, we are very pleased to announce the promotion of Oliver Saxby to salaried partner, also with effect from 1st May 2021.
Oliver joined the valuation team in 2012, becoming RICS qualified in 2013. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer. He specialises in leasehold enfranchisement work, residential landlord & tenant, Red Book and tax valuations, providing advice to clients directly or through their legal and other advisers. He has developed a strong reputation among clients and fellow professionals as an inquisitive, thorough and conscientious valuer and is well respected within the Leasehold Reform community.
