Tim to speak at ALEP Spring Conference

Tim Martin, has been invited to speak at the ALEP Spring Conference on 15th March 2016. His presentation will be entitled 'The Value of Covenants', and will consider the valuation implications of covenants that can be found in freehold transfers under the 1967 Act.
